Oh Debit Card, where art thou? It has been more than 3 weeks since I applied for the Public Bank Debit card. I was told that I can get it in 2 weeks to. Until today, I can even see it’s shadow. Their service is really bad. So for the time being I still transfer my Paypal money to my Singapore bank account even though the exchange rate to from USD to SGD to MYR is only 3.2.
