Pay Per Performance

If the boss decided to use the pay for performance incentive, none of us in the office will get any incentive because no matter what we do, he will sure find fault in it especially work that are being carried out by our Operation Manager that resigned last week. I am kinda miss his presence here. I am sure he is enjoying his "freedom". I think I might join him by year end. A new year, a new beginning for me.
