That is what I told my boss last night...in my dream.
I have been thinking a lot about resigning and it followed me to bed!
In the dream, it is as though I was in my Operation Manager's shoe. The one that is resigning by middle of this month. I was treated by boss exactly how he treats the OM. Ridiculing him, putting him down in front of us and not appreciating the work that he has done.
I couldn't take it anymore and raised my voice at him, "I will resign soon!"
His wife, my lady boss, scolded him saying that he did not think before he talks. Yup, that's my boss, in every matter, he will "jump" first before hearing the whole story.
