The recent increment, all of us got except for Thaman the Nepalese foreign worker. It is expected as he always got himself drunk on working days, come to the factory drunk and slept during working hours.
All the salary that we paid him, he uses it to buy alcohol to get himself drunk. I heard that he has a lot of problem. One of it, his wife recently elopes with his brother in law (his sister’s husband!).
In order to help him save some money before he return to his country next year and not drink so much, we are planning to hold back his 70% of his salary by saving it in the local bank here. Give him enough cash for food only.
