Let others tell your weakness
Not many of us like others to tell us about our weakness especially when it come to work issue. But do you know that their honest feedback could be used for your professional development? Have you heard of 360 degree feedback? 360 degree feedback works by gathering the opinions of and employee’s colleagues using structured questionnaires and then using their inputs to compile a report, which the employee can use as the basis for a professional development process. Since it is a questionnaire, you won’t know which colleague talk bad about you.
