High Hope in Getting Increment

Yup! Yup! There's high hope that we will get increment this year. All of us thought there won't be since their change of attitude lately. How I know that there will be an increment? Well, the lady boss asked for the employee salary list from me yesterday. Years after years, when she ask for it during this month meaning, their will be salary adjustment effective next month. I just hope that it will be an increment and not decrement!
