Close Up of the Fish

The paste is made of red chili, scallots, chili padi, buah keras, daun limau purut, serai and bunga kantan (pls, don't ask me what the english term - i dont know!). All the above is blended and fried before applying it on the fish. I placed some onion and pandan leave to get rid of the mud smell.
