It Works!

Two weeks back, I gave a spelling test to my student in Gapam. Only ONE student get all 10 words correct. So I told them, for next week, I'll give them a dictation for a short paragraph (4 lines). To get them to study, I asked them to write the paragraph everyday till we meet again on Sunday. It works! Last Sunday, only 3 student turn up. 2 of them get all correct and the other one 90% correct. Now we have another incentive to get them to come to class everyday. They are to have full attendance until September 12 then...we will treat them for a picnic to Tg Bidara Beach. Their fathers are excited too as they have never been to a beach picnic before.
